Bill and Will came for lunch yesterday - nothing fancy, just meatloaf and baked potatoes, but I sent the green dishes with them for Christy. They match the orange ones and goldenrod ones from last week: four each plate, bowl, mug. I also sent her the placemats, napkin rings, glasses, leaf butter dish, centerpiece, and green muffin basket. Inch by inch.
I wanted to share a beautiful card I received from Linda. She is very creative. Of course, the computer doesn't do it justice. I'm not sure whether she took the photo or just enhanced a print.
Linda's the one who makes the beautiful cakes. She recently did this giant cake for a baby shower of around 75. The little foxes are plastic, done on a 3-D printer. The green around the base of the cake is edible moss. How clever is that?
Yesterday, she took this cake for after-church refreshments, described as "11x15" Key Lime Mousse Cheesecake topped with Mascarpone Whipped Cream Frosting for church yesterday. I debated just dotting the top with rosebuds but decided to go the "cheap" route and cluster seven in the center. ""
The rosebuds are edible, no pesticides, etc. You can buy them from Amazon.
Back to the garage. Will send you updates because they keep me going. I like to see my own progress.

AND I WILL, TOO
